Follow Salon 1226’s policies for the best hair styling appointment experience
Appointment Confirmation / We call each client and/or send a text reminder the day before their appointment to confirm the day and time of their scheduled services. If we have an outdated phone number, or no voicemail is available, it is our client's responsibility to remember their appointment. We offer a confirmation email if that is more convenient - contact our front desk to set up your reminders.
Lateness / We take our clients' time seriously, and we strive to accommodate each client's schedule. Late arrival for an appointment causes us to cut your appointment short or to waste the valuable time of another client. In the case that you are 15 minutes late, please be prepared to reschedule your appointment for another time or day.
Cancellation / When an appointment is canceled without reasonable notice, our stylist misses the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Haircuts and Styling must be canceled with 24-hour notice. Chemical Services and Group Bookings must be canceled with 48-hour notice. Corrective Color, Hair Extensions and Keratin Treatments must be canceled with 48-hour notice and require a deposit. Cancelations without notice may be subject to additional charges up to the full cost of your missed appointment.
